Minimum order £125 goods delivered your address.
Orders less than £125 goods ex-wks delivered carriage charged at cost.
Payment terms where agreed at Nett monthly
Payment terms not agreed invoices paid by Proforma
*Any carriage queries must be reported within 7 days of receipt*

Export Trading Terms

All goods are shipped ex-wks against payment of documents.

In the event of non payment within the UK we understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms.

The Agreement for sale is in all respects governed by our 2000 Terms and Conditions. A copy has already been supplied and further copies may be had on request, and the parties confirm that in all respects they have or are deemed to have full knowledge of the contents thereof.
