It is our company policy, that we only work with manufacturers currently producing for OEM. In fact, many of our references were supplied to OEM until the item ended its production run. Some other references are still as supplied to OEM. All our suppliers are fully approved to the latest International Quality standards.

As we supply all levels of OEM and Distribution, we are prepared to study any enquiry for volume, or discuss annual turnover discounts.

Generally speaking to most of our customers, the parts arrived packaged but we often place a label with your logo or name on the packaging for local identification. The label states basic OEM numbers. So the goods are ready for sale.

Yes, we regularly add new applications to our range, and "all" current customers are advised of any new items or information added. We welcome very much, ideas from any customer to produce an item which is not in our present range. Just forward a sample or the OEM reference with any other pieces of information, and then leave it to us.

If the query cannot be answered by ourselves, we have direct contact with the different Italian factories. We usually will get a reply quite quickly from Italy, depending, on the type of query presented to us.

 

 

 

Are our parts all supplied to OEM. No, but more than 40 % of the items sold as produced by our colleques in Italy for OEM.Sufficient to say the rest of our products are comparable to the quality of OEM.

 

Neither of the two Italian Groups supply direct to the UK other than to our warehouse in Coventry.

 

 

Does ASP have products not supplied by the two Italian groups. No, we only sell products supplied by our Italian suppliers.

 

 

Does ASP keep back orders on file. Yes we do. Our Availability is 95% plus, but we have shipments in from both Groups every 2/3 weeks of the year.

 

 

Can you pack in an image other than ASP. Yes, let us know whether a box or polybag is needed and the numbering system for the labels and we can do this for a very small charge.
